A former member of 2nd Beeston Sea Scouts from the 1960s who had previously donated £20k has made another generous contribution towards our Big Build project by donating an additional £50,000. We are extremely grateful to Mr D for thinking of us and being so generous.
With the addition of Gift Aid the value of this donation will rise to £62,500.
This will make a significant impact on our fundraising. We thank him for his generosity and are pleased that he enjoyed himself so much in the group in the 1960s, and wish him good health.
