On a fine Saturday afternoon 2nd Beeston welcomed the local community to visit us yo buy the plants that some of our parents have been growing. They managed to produce and impressive range of flowers, vegetables, indoor plants and shrubs.
The covid regulations did mean that we had to restrict the numbers on site, however everybody enjoyed themselves and no one left empty handed.
We were honoured to be joined by a couple of our local councllors: Kate Foale and Shaun Dannheimer.
We hope this will be the first of many, and in future we ill be able to provide activities and refreshments.
