Reports to: Group Lead Volunteer
Lilac Grove is our home, and this role keeps it safe, warm and ready — week in, week out. It’s the practical partner to the trustee-level Assets and Building Lead.
What you’ll do
- Look after the day-to-day running of the building: opening, closing, cleaning, and upkeep.
- Manage the bookings diary for sections, events, and outside hirers.
- Coordinate working parties, odd jobs and contractors — and keep a running snag list.
- Keep on-site checks up to date: fire alarm tests, emergency lighting, first aid kits.
- Flag bigger repairs, costs and risks to the Assets and Building Lead and the board.
- Support and line-manage the Quartermaster, so building and kit work as one.
