A Day at the Races – World War II style
2nd October 2021
Doors open at 7pm for 7:30 start
For one night Attenborough village hall will be transported back to World War II.
Everyone is invited to come dressed up - World War II style, or just after.
After the amazing costumes last year, we are expecting a magnificient turn out.
A race night is a fantastic adult social event where we enjoy a day at the races. The ticket price includes a hot meal, table service and fantastic live entertainment from Jeanie Barton.
There will be a normal bar and a cocktail bar with a unique selection of gins.
This year we are raising funds to pay for training our volunteers.
With the group growing and offering a wider range of activities we need to invest in our fantastic volunteers so they can support the activities.
Take a look at our last Race Night to get an idea of how much fun a race night evening is from our videos.
This was a 1920s themed eveing.
