2nd Beeston is one of 100 Sea Scout Groups in the Country which are Recognised by the Royal Navy.
This means that the Group is entitled to various benefits from the Navy and more about these can be found on their Website.
Every year or so, the Group in inspected by an Officer of the Royal Navy and the standard of the Group and the Scout Section are up to the standard required by the Royal Navy.
